Yoga is an interaction between what we learn on the mat and what we experience in our life, in order to be firmly grounded in the presence.

My Journey
Growing up in Switzerland, I was fascinated from an early age by travelling, discovering new cultures, and personal growth. In 2000, I was introduced to Hatha Yoga for the first time – an encounter that deeply shaped my path. After moving to New York in 2005, I began to immerse myself in the practice of yoga and completed my yoga teacher training there.
Experience & Continuing Education
In New York, I completed the 500-hour teacher training at YogaWorks which brought the best of both worlds together: precise alignment of Yoga Works and the individual focus of Alan Finger’s ISHTA lineage. Since then, continuous education and inspiring teachers have accompanied my journey – including studies in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Universal Yoga, and functional movement training.
During my time in Asia (2016–2019), my understanding of a holistic practice deepened even further. During this period, I not only completed my certification as a Certified Yoga Teacher YCH, but also undertook my first training in Yoga Therapy. After three years in Singapore, I returned to Switzerland in 2019, where I successfully completed my qualification as a Complementary Therapist in Yoga Therapy in 2023.
My Approach: Yoga, Coaching & Mental Training
Today, I combine my many years of experience in yoga with coaching and mental training. To me, holistic guidance means supporting people not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
Yoga creates connection through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Coaching offers space for reflection and meaningful exchange. Mental training strengthens awareness of thought patterns, inner clarity, and self-confidence.
At the heart of my work is the individual and their unique needs. A mindful, safe, and body-oriented movement practice forms the foundation – with the intention of bringing greater balance, awareness, and inner strength into everyday life.
